Barabbas & Hagan In Your House

Darlings! This is quite special. Those of you who have followed us for a while may know of my long-held admiration for the great Louis Barabbas, a man who was a singular influence on our sound and the man who gave us our first ever gigs in London and Liverpool. He is the head of Debt Records, captain of the Bedlam Six and one of the finest performers ever to grace a stage. Well! He and I have cooked up a little plan. Summer is always a tricky one, with festivals left right and centre, bandmates jetting off on holiday and endless stretches of weekdays without doing any gigs. Bollocks to that. So we are proposing a weekday acoustic tour of house concerts around the UK.

Basic format - you bring the people, we bring the music. The two of us will come to your place, hang out and have a lovely time, and play music for ages for you and your friends. It could be a tasteful couple of hours after dinner or a through-the-night marathon singalong of Spice Girls covers, where we wake all the neighbours and dance a frenzy in the darkness. Up to you. Date-wise, we're focussing on the third and fourth weeks of June. If you're up for it, get in touch via the CONTACT PAGE and we'll slug out some details.

See you in the Summer. x

Hi, I have been to see Felix Hagen and the family at The farm in Surrey organised by friend Katie a couple of times. I have no idea if I can make this work but i am off to Malta on 24th June to get married. I was thinking I could maybe organise a get together at my house before the wedding. 19th June or 20th June? Having you to play here would be a fab send off. I suppose it all depends on costs etc but it would be fantastic!!!

It ain't the prettiest town, it won't be the biggest crowd you've ever had but we'd like some acoustic mayhem please!! :) Gowroo (from Facebook) can't arrange it for her house so let's try and arrange it for mine! Could be fun.....
